A practical one day introduction to Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), with some home study prior to the course.

MLD is a gentle massage technique that can be used to activate and invigorate the lymphatic system allowing it to function more optimally. It's uses though are far reaching, helping clients with fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, ME, MS, lymphoedema, lipoedema and many others. On this course you will be learning short protocols for the head and neck, chest, abdomen and limbs, plus the use of kinesiology tape to enhance lymphatic flow.

A level 4 massage qualification is a minimum prior learning requirement for this course. It is an ideal complement to the Oncology Massage course and useful for anyone who deals with acute injuries, surgical rehabilitation or chronic conditions.
